Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for faster delivery
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at checkout for urgent orders
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total, weight, and delivery location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Candle Care During Shipping
Our candles are carefully packaged to arrive safely. However, during warm weather months, candles may soften during transit. This does not affect the quality or burn time. Simply allow the candle to cool and harden at room temperature before use.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed, and we'll help track down your order or arrange a replacement.
